Nadam se da ce ovo moje iskustvo pomoci ostalim clanovima.
Ukratko prije poente pitanja samo da razjasnima neke detalje. Uvjek kada zelim nesto ostvariti pokusam naci forume koji mogu to da meni pomognu u shvatanju nekog problema. U ovom slucaju je e trgovina i PayPal placanje. Znaci prvo se svaki korisnik treba upoznati sa svim procedurama oko necega, pa potom da se upusta u kojekakve moguce i nemoguce situacije.
Sada moja situacija oko kupovine preko PayPal-a.
Imao sam do sada preko stotinu obavljeni kupovina i sve sto sam narucio stizalo je u roku od 5-30 radni dana (svakako brzi dolazak posiljke umnogome zavisi od cijene postarine, da li je expres ili obicna posiljka).
17.10. sam kupio tablet na pandawill.com (prvi puta da sa njima ista do sada da radim). Nasao na masi foruma sto nasim sto na englesnom da je sajt ok za kupovinu i ono bla, bla, bla iskustva sa njima.

Ne zeleci nista prepustati slucaju odma se bacam na slanje maila na sve cemu mi je bilo dostupno prema pandawill-u (live chat, komentar ispod proizvoda, pitanja na njihovom forumu, direktno na mail-e njihove prodaje, servisa usluge kupaca), elem neki 10 maila samo sa pitanjem gdje je moja transakcija i status narucenog uredjaja.
17., 18. i do maloprije nikakvog odgovora (sluzbeno na mail). Sem odgovora na otvorenoj temi da je navedeni proizvod OUT STOCK i da ako zelim sacekam 3-5 dana ili da promjenim narucivanje za nesto drugo. Odgovor je postavila neka jesicaPW (nije ni bitno).
Sada dolazimo do poente cijele price, ne zelim da mjenjam navedeno sto sam platio, zelim to i nista drugo.
Moj sledeci odgovor prema njoj je bio (imajte u vidu da se u medjuvremenu u pricu uvukao neki @miljenko kao modernator

Da li je ili nije nesto nekome verifikovano ili sta vec. U te stvari nisi upucen a jos manje da su ti dostupne na uvid da ista komentarises po tim stvarima. I bez ljutnje ipak se radi ovde o mojim parama a ne tvojim.

Poenta cijele price da je moguce sve i svasta da se desi ali kada se priprijeti sa prijavljivanjem slucaja kod PayPal-a. Nikome ko se bavi trgovinom nece biti svejedno da ima sa njima ikakvu situaciju. Jer im rejting pada a time i posao. PayPal ce da namiri vas (moj) gubitak ako ste ispostovali sve procedure koje su date od strane PayPal-a.
Jer tek po spominjanju PayPal-a u mom slucaju dobio sam nekakav odgovor od pandawill.

Sve u svemu u medjuvremenu nestade oni 3-5 dana cekanja ili promjene posiljke, ali ostaju za sada jos uvjek da nisam bio prijavljen (mada se nemoze obaviti transakcija ako nisi logovan na svoj akont tamo kod nji otvoren), ali aj da vidimo nastavak dogadjaja i rasplet price.
PS .... nemojte se ustrucavati traziti svoje pare i robu. To je vase a sto platite to trazite da i druga strana postuje, dog god ma u cemu se cuti ili precutkuje znajte da izvlacite deblji kraj.
Elem, kako su vec mnogi predhodnici pojasnili ono oko prijave slucaja PayPal-u i pokretanja spora, ja o tome necu nista da komentarisem jer je sve objasnjeno na najbolji nacin.
