AB meeting of 22 July
The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions:
Matches: SC Dnipro-1 vs. Puskás Akadémia FC, 25.07.2024 & Puskás Akadémia FC vs. SC Dnipro-1, 01.08.2024 (UEFA Conference League 2024/2025)
Incident:
Art. 29.01 Regulations of the UEFA Conference League in conjunction with Art. 27(1) DR
Decision:
1. To declare the 2024/25 UEFA Conference League match between SC Dnipro-1 and Puskás Akadémia FC, that was scheduled to be played on 25 July 2024, as forfeited by SC Dnipro-1 (who is therefore deemed to have lost the match 0-3) for being responsible for the match not taking place (as provided for in Article 29.01 Regulations of the UEFA Conference League).
2. To declare the 2024/25 UEFA Conference League match between Puskás Akadémia FC and SC Dnipro-1, that was scheduled to be played on 1 August 2024, as forfeited by SC Dnipro-1 (who is therefore deemed to have lost the match 3-0) for being responsible for the match not taking place (as provided for in Article 29.01 Regulations of the UEFA Conference League).

Match: KF Egnatia vs FK Borac Banja Luka, 17.07.2024 (UEFA Champions League 2024/25)
Incident:
Racist and/or discriminatory behaviour Art. 14 DR
Decision:
1. To fine KF Egnatia €10,000 and to order the closure of KF Egnatia stadium during the next UEFA competition match in which KF Egnatia will play as host club, for the discriminatory behaviour of its supporters. Said stadium closure is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
