Hi, I'm new here (from America). I have some questions about Banja Luka, if someone would be so kind :)

Here goes:

What is the average monthly rent for a small or medium sized flat in Banja Luka? I know there are a lot of different factors involved in making this determination, but I'm just curious as to what the typical range is. I'm talking about a 1 or 2 bedroom flat in or near the city center. Thanks.

What's the difference between a $150 and a $400 flat, location? Amenities? Size?

Oh , I understand now!

Well my friend do not go on Laush , stick to Center. Laush is full of criminals, but cheaper. Center is safe , but cost a lot of money.

I hope that I was helpfull. :D

Its a pretty safe city, especially compared to the US, as in you can walk around any time of night and the chances of something happening to you are very small(if you dont provoke anything). Crimes such as corruption and similar on the other hand are the complete opposite.

How do you define "provoking"? Sometimes I like to harass random passers-by, especially late at night after I've been drinking. The meaner looking they are, the more belligerent I get. I guess it's how I keep my wits sharp. But if this would be a problem, I would obviously try to tone it down a little.
