(return as well if possible, and prices).

Best way to travel thru B&H is by bus!
You have buses to these destinations almost every day (mostly in the morning and early afternoon)
Prices?
For example Banjaluka-Sarajevo-Banjaluka (round trip/return ticket) around 20€ per person.

for motels from around 25€ to 35€ or even more per person for 1 night (including breakfast)
+ 1€ per night for "staying" tax/fee
