malo sam drndao test, probavao semice, i ovako ide:

1.25 i manje = endomorf
1.25 - 1.68 endo/mezo
1.68 - 2.25 mezo
2.33 - 2.67 mezo/ekto
2.67 i vise, ektomorf

Mada, nije test sto posto tacan, ja sam na granici da budem mezo (2.33), a nit imam krupne kosti, niti sam tezak.

Pa za misice trebas ici u teretanu, a za salo ,to stvarno neznam kako da dobijes, i ja jedem ko stoka a nema sala ,dok misici,tu jedino teretana moze pomoci
